These are the following. • Grants – they are similar to gifts. They are not being paid. Usually grants are awards from universities, companies, federal and states according to its monetary needs. • Scholarships – usually schools and big universities gives this awards to students who have done good academically. • Plaque, certificates and trophies– this is given to people who have done outstanding performance on their job and their school work.
